Use the Cardholder Filters page to create rules for synchronizing cardholders and credentials from the OnGuard system to an Elements account.

Synchronization of data is one-way. Rules are used to filter the list of cardholders and/or credentials in OnGuard to a suitable subset for the selected Elements account.

From the Cardholder Filters page, you can:

  • Create or edit rules for a syncing

  • See the status of all syncs

  • View details about a specific sync

  • Initiate a sync

The following information is included in a sync:

  • First name and last name of the cardholder

  • Photo

  • All active badges with badge IDs

  • Extended strike time configuration for accessibility needs

  • OnGuard UDFs that have been mapped to Elements custom fields

When a cardholder’s badge is removed in OnGuard, the change is also reflected on the Elements account.

If cardholder segmentation is enabled in OnGuard, then only cardholders from the segment selected on the Account details pane are included in a cardholder sync.
