Filter options vary depending on the report template chosen. If there were any filters selected on the People or Events page, these filters will be applied for the report.
People
- Primary filters
- Source - (visible only when there are users from a connected external system) If connected to another system to share data, this filter shows people based on how they are currently managed in the system. Filtering options: Locally managed (in the system on site) or Remotely managed (through a connected system). indicates a locally managed person and indicates a remotely managed person.
- Person Status - This filter shows people based on their status. Filtering options: Active only, Inactive only, or Show all people.
- Login - This filter shows people based on their roles. Filtering options: Able to log in (assigned a role), No login access (not assigned a role), or Login access invitation sent (login pending). For more information, refer to assign a role.
- Email - Choose Has email to show people with a saved email address. To show people who do not have a saved email address, choose No email.
- Person ID - Choose Has Person ID to show people who have a person ID. To show people who do not have a person ID, choose No Person ID.
- Access assignment filters
- People Groups - This filter shows people belonging to certain people groups to easily see what they can access.
- Spaces - This filter shows people based on their assigned spaces. The filter includes both people who have access to the space through individual space assignment and through their group access control assignment.
If filtering spaces, people shown for their group access control assignment will be included in the report only for Excel (.XLSX), or .CSV files. They are not included in .PDF files.
- Custom Fields - If custom fields were defined, this filter shows people based on the customized text fields in the system.
Events
Show camera motion events - This filter can be toggled to show motion events if the cameras in the system are configured to report them.
For motion events to appear in the event feed, the camera must be configured to report motion events.- Date - This filter shows events based on a specific period of time. Select one of the options — Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last month, Last 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days, All Time, or enter a custom date range. The default selection is for the Past 30 Days.
- Severity - This filter shows events based on how they have been classified — low, medium, high, or critical severity.
- Space - This filter shows events based on the space in which the events occurred. To filter without a space, select "No space."
- Event Type - This filter shows events based on type.
- Person - This filter shows events based on the name of a person. To filter without a person, select "No person."
- Device - This filter shows events based on the device. To filter without a device, select "No device."
Unique Daily Access
- Choose the range of time for the report. If a custom range is selected, enter the start and end of the range.
- Select Access event filters, Primary people filters, Custom field filters, or Access assignment filters to be applied. (For more details, refer to the filters previously described.)
For primary people, custom field, and access assignment filters, data is only available for July 21, 2025 or later. - The report will be organized by date and people group.
- The .XLSX format of the report includes reader details, such as the device type (lock or reader) and space assignment for the device.
- No data is shown for days without any access.
People Access
- Choose the range of time for the report. If a custom range is selected, enter the start and end of the range.
- Select Access event filters, Primary people filters, Custom field filters, or Access assignment filters to be applied. (For more details, refer to the filters previously described.)
- The report will be organized by date and people group.
- The .XLSX format of the report includes person details, including custom fields. The PDF has a subset of the data for a simpler layout.
Audit Report
- Choose the range of time for the report. If a custom range is selected, enter the start and end of the range.
