Hardware tree controls are not visible at certain resolutions (iPad Landscape and others). This is related to the recent hardware tree changes to move the gateways into the tree. It may affect iPads as well.

Resolution

In some cases, it looks like there are no controllers listed under a gateway, and no way to display them.

This occurs because the browser is not displaying the arrow to the left of the gateway to expand the list of controllers. Notice that the column text, "DEVICE NAME" is cut off. This occurs on a desktop with a vertical, portrait-format monitor (1024 pixels wide) when the browser window is maximized. Reduce the size of the browser window or expand it to full screen on a wider monitor to display the arrow. There is a narrow range of window widths, about 1000–1100 pixels, where it does not display correctly.
