Issue Credentials to People who Need to Interact with Switch Tech Locks
People need Switch Tech credentials to gain access to spaces with Switch Tech locks.
From the sidebar, select People. The People list is displayed.
Select Add a Personto add a new person to Elements,or choose an existing person to open the person's details screen.
Under Credentials, select Add a Credential, and then choose Mobile.
On the next screen:
Choose "Switch Tech" as the Mobile Type.
Enter the person's Email address.
Select Add.
Select Save. If you exit this screen after entering the person's information without saving, you will be prompted to save or discard your changes.
People assigned to a group automatically gain access to spaces in the group. In this case, Switch Tech locks must be assigned to such spaces and the members of the group must have Switch Tech credentials.
