Elements can be integrated with idProducer to provide a badge printing solution, enabling customers to layout badge templates, install print dispatcher, and manage printers and queues.
An idProducer Badge Printing integration requires a license and may affect the system operating costs. Contact your VAR for more information.
These steps need to be done to print badges:
- Enable idProducer Badge Printing in the Management Portal.
- Add or update people in Elements who are allowed to manage card templates and print queues. Must be assigned the Administrator role.

Only the Customer's Administrator can access idProducer to manage templates and queues; Reseller users are not currently allowed access.
The idProducer interface is accessed from System Options in the Customer Portal.
