The BlueDiamond Toolkit is needed to provision BlueDiamond readers.

To have access to the toolkit, this option must be enabled by the integrator in the management portal. Then install the toolkit and set it up using the emailed authorization code. Provision BlueDiamond readers using the toolkit.
