The default data retention period for existing customers is 90 days, while new customers will have a default data retention period of 365 days. The current data retention period is displayed. If a different data retention period is needed, select Request Change to email a request to your integrator about changing the policy. Options include 90 days, 180 days, or 365 days.
Changing the retention period may cause the permanent loss of data that exceeds the new limit.
