Disconnecting an account prevents the synchronization of cardholder data and events between the account and OnGuard.

1. On the Accounts page, select an account to open the Account details pane.

2. Select Disconnect Account.

3. Confirm the action.

In the Connection Status column, the account now shows as disconnected.
