The Video Connection option allows the user to prioritize the type of connection established for streaming video.

Prioritize fast connection: A fast connection is negotiated using any option — peer-to-peer (direct) and relay (cloud) connections. Use of cloud connections may affect the system operating costs.
Prioritize direct connection: A direct connection is negotiated using peer-to-peer first, attempting to avoid bandwidth charges when possible. If it is not available, then the connection will be negotiated using relay connections.
