The default data retention period for existing customers is 90 days, while new customers will have a default data retention period of 365 days. Customers have the ability to request a different data retention period. Options include 90 days, 180 days, or 365 days.
Changing the retention period may cause the permanent loss of data that exceeds the new limit.
