- Billing summaries: Download monthly billing summaries in either .PDF or Excel (.XLSX) formats.
- Marketplace:
- The Marketplace page provides features that enhance the Elements system.
- Manage features that have been enabled, or request new ones from the integrator.
- Single sign-on and OnGuard Connector have been moved from the System Options page to the Marketplace page.
- Event reporting:
- Updated filtering for events includes multiple criteria and more intuitive date ranges.

- Import people and credentials: Multiple people can be added to the system along with their credentials and photos through a bulk import.
- New video layouts: The dashboard may be configured with additional layouts.
- 3x3 - 9 video streams can be displayed on the dashboard.
- 4x4 - 16 video streams can be displayed on the dashboard.
- The latest firmware is now available for the downstream boards.
- Splan Visitor Management:
- Integrate with Splan to facilitate visitor management.
- Visitors may be checked in or checked out, and issued credentials.
- Content library improvements:
- The content library UI has been updated for improved links to the videos.
- Training video links have been added throughout the documentation corresponding to the topic on the content library page.
- Person ID:
- Person IDs may now be added and may be used when searching or filtering.
- Person IDs are included in people and event reporting.
- Configure multiple sites: Sites may be configured for better organization of devices, people, and access across multiple facilities.

Product Updates 2023-04-26
- Device firmware updates: Firmware updates are now available for access controllers. Requires controller synchronization after updating firmware.
- Camera event reporting:
- Configure cameras to report motion in the event feed.
- View the video of the motion captured in the event feed and use the filter to specify the camera event type.
- Lockdown profiles:
- Configure lockdown profiles for rapidly locking down your facility when doors need to be securely locked during an emergency.
- Multiple lockdown profiles can be defined and associated with readers and Schlage locks.
- Documentation:
- The LenelS2 data privacy brochure is now available.
- The Elements Cloud Security Policy has been added.
Product Updates 2023-02-22
- Multi-imager camera support added: Use a single camera to view multiple video streams.
- Device firmware updates: Firmware updates are now available for devices that are downstream from the access controller.
- Controller rules now include locks: Use Allegion lock events (IPB, Deadbolt, Cover Tamper, and BlueTooth Tamper on ENGAGE Gateways) to trigger controller rules. Actions can also be executed manually for locks if allowed by the rule.
- Credential activation status updated:
- Inactive statuses are available directly from a person's credential drop-down. When changing a credential from active to inactive (Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Terminated), (Other) is available, allowing the user to enter a different custom reason for changing the status. Changing the status can be done at any time.
- The default reason for deleting a credential is "No reason", but another option may be selected.
- The person's credentials display the "active" or "inactive" status.
- Credential status has been added to the Cardholder Report.

- Switch Tech lock integration:
- Provides the ability to program and provision a lock in a matter of minutes — configure Switch Tech locks and assign spaces to them, then provision the locks using the Switch Tech mobile app.
- Easy to set up and scale.
- Cost-efficient.
- No additional hardware needed after Switch Tech locks are installed.
- Issue credentials to people who need to interact with the Switch Tech locks.
- Monitor Switch Tech access events and battery life updates.
- Use Email Notification rules to receive low battery warnings.
- Allegion lock integration:
- Connect up to 8 ENGAGE Gateways via RS485 per access controller port.
- Assign up to 10 Schlage NDE and LE wireless locks to each gateway, giving up to 64 locks per controller.
- Managing lock access control is similar to reader management including scheduled intervals, lock assignment to spaces, and communication of lock events.
- In addition, lock functions (Privacy, Office, Apartment, and Classroom), Deadbolt, and IPB (Interior Push Button) are supported.
- Schedules support multiple intervals: Define up to 6 more complex, multi-interval schedules with different days and times.
- Generate cardholder reports: Administrators with permission to manage reports can keep a record of everyone in the system by exporting the people list to a report. Additional cardholder reports can be generated and retained for 30 days.
- Video recording:
- Cameras may use a defined schedule to specify recording times. Schedules that are used for cameras are limited to one interval.
- Cameras may be configured to record based on the occurrence of events with pre-roll and post-roll video.
