ReportBot is an AI-based tool designed to assist users in obtaining vital information about the Elements system. It uses natural language processing to understand user queries and provides data and valuable insights, presenting comprehensive tables and charts where applicable.

The ReportBot featured is billed and can be requested by the customer on the Marketplace page. Customers can request a free trial (which needs the Trial Period license enabled), a trial extension (automatically applied), or a subscription (which needs the license enabled for the Subscription tier).

• Trial Period - When enabled, the customer may try ReportBot for free. They may use up to 100 queries over the period of one month. When the trial expires, customers may automatically extend the trial one time to receive another 100 queries over one month.

• Subscription - The customer can subscribe to ReportBot for a cost. They may have 50, 100, or 500 queries per month.
  If the customer uses all their allotted queries, ReportBot will no longer be available. ReportBot service will resume at the beginning of the next month, or when the license is upgraded to ensure uninterrupted service.

Upgrading the license incurs an additional cost which will be reflected on the current bill. When downgrading, the previous license option will apply for the rest of the current billing cycle, and the change in cost will be reflected on the next bill.
