Use of Switch Tech locks in the customer portal may affect your monthly operating cost.
The Switch Tech Locks option allows customers to add Switch Tech locks and credentials to their system. This feature is billed.
Select the customer that wants to add Switch Tech locks in their system.
Under Licensing on the customer details screen, select Switch Tech Locks to open the Switch Tech screen.
Select Allow Switch Tech to enable this functionality. Once enabled, this option may not be disabled.
Select Doneto save this setting.
Select Save Changes. If you exit this screen after editing the customer information without saving, you will be prompted to save or discard your changes.
