Customers using video are allowed 1 GB of free data per camera monthly. If additional data is required, the video data limit can be upgraded on the Marketplace page. Upgrading the video data limit incurs an additional cost which will be reflected on the current bill.

As the data usage approaches the limit, warnings are emailed when the customer reaches 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% usage. The emails are sent to the Integrator Notification Recipients (refer to Add or Edit a Customer). These warnings will also appear on the customer portal dashboard and event feed when the usage is 75% or greater.

If the customer usage reaches 100%, video cloud streaming and downloads will no longer be allowed. Video service will resume at the beginning of the next billing cycle, or when the license is upgraded to ensure uninterrupted service.
