The access controller is online but the system detects that it is configured as the wrong type in Elements. For example, an LNL-X3300 is online but was configured as LNL-3300, LNL-2220 or other type.

To resolve: Delete the controller, and re-add it.

1. Delete access controller.
2. Add access controller with correct type.
