Lockdown profiles are used to rapidly lock down your facility when the doors need to be securely locked during an emergency.
Multiple lockdown profiles can be defined and associated with selected readers and Schlage locks. When a lockdown is activated for a lockdown profile, the readers and locks assigned to the profile will be locked down.
Administrator permissions are required to manage lockdown profiles. Administrator, operator, monitor, or installer permissions are required to initiate a lockdown. See Roles.
The lockdown profiles are displayed in the list sorted by the Last Used date and time a lockdown was started for the profile's assigned devices.
Special access to locked down readers and Schlage locks can be configured for people such as first responders. This allows them to enter your facility during a lockdown or key personnel to access any part of the facility as needed. (See Locked Door Override to learn more.)
