After installing the latest version of the Elements OnGuard Connector, previous sites or accounts will be disconnected. Instances of the legacy version of the Connector (shown as “OnGuard Connector v1” in the Marketplace) should be migrated to the latest version (shown as “OnGuard Connector” in the Marketplace). Generate a new API key and use it to reestablish the connection.
