MFA
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security feature that enhances protection during sign-in to the system.
Set up MFA
Select Set up MFA to set up this method of sign-in.
Follow the instructions using the preferred authentication method.
If using an authenticator app, scan the QR code or enter the provided key.
If using email verification, enter the email address. Email verification is only available if the administrator has enabled this option.
Then enter the six-digit code from the authenticator app or the email to verify the account.
Reset MFA
If the user needs to have their multi-factor authentication (MFA) reset, this may be done on the user preferences screen.
Under MFA, select the Reset MFA.
Select Reset to confirm resetting MFA, or Cancel to leave the MFA as configured.
Verify your identity to reset MFA.
Change Password
If the user needs to change the password for their account, this may be done on the user preferences screen.
Select Change Password.
Verify your account. This is required before changing the password.
If MFA is not set up, enter the current password for the account.
If MFA is set up, enter the six-digit code from the authenticator app or the verification email.
Type in the new password.
OpenDyslexic
OpenDyslexic is a font designed to increase readability by using “heavy” or weighted bottoms on letters. Select the toggle switch to enable this option.
