Add Floors
Configure the floors in your system.
- From the sidebar, select Configuration, and then Floors.
- Select Add Floors.
- On the Add Floors screen:
- Choose the number of floors in your system from Floor Count.
- For each floor, enter a label that describes the floor such as garage, lobby, or the floor number in the building.
- Select Done.
- After the floors are added, configure the individual floors:
- Configure the default floor mode. A floor can be configured to unlock during a schedule. See Configure floor mode.
- Associate the floor with an elevator output in your system. See Assign elevators.
- Associate people groups to the floors. See Assign people groups.
- Select Save to save the floor information. If you exit this screen after the changes are made without saving, you will be prompted to save or discard your changes.
Delete a Floor
If a floor is deleted, access to the floor is removed from people groups and the reader/output associations are made available for use elsewhere.
- On the Floors page, select a floor to open the floor details screen.
- Select and then choose Delete.
- Select Delete to confirm deletion of the floor, or Cancel to keep the floor.
