Configure email notifications to alert users of significant events in the system.

Up to 500 email notifications per month are allowed. Email notifications can be upgraded on the Marketplace page.

Email notifications based on the rules configured on this page are billed. System emails (such as emails used for registering users, issuing mobile credentials or PINs) are not billed and do not require a license.

    2. Subject Line - Enter a custom subject for the email. If this field is left blank, the name of the rule will be used as the subject.
    3. Message - Enter a custom message for the email. If this field is left blank, a default message is used.
  8. Select Save.

If the rule is active, a notification will be emailed when all conditions have been met.

The email notification will be sent in the language and locale of the user configuring the rule.

As the number of sent emails approaches the limit (depending on the license option), usage warnings will appear on the dashboard and event feed. If the usage reaches 100%, email notifications will no longer be sent. Email notification service will resume at the start of the next billing cycle, or contact your VAR for a different license option to ensure uninterrupted service.

Unsubscribing

Every email contains a link to unsubscribe. A recipient may unsubscribe from email notifications for a single rule or from all email notification rules.

When an email recipient unsubscribes, their email address is removed from the Email Recipients list. If all email recipients have unsubscribed from an email notification rule, the rule will automatically become inactive.
