Print badges to identify people who have access to your facility.

Prerequisites:

  • Badge printing is enabled (licensed).

  • A dispatcher station printer and card template are configured by your administrator.

  1. Add and save a badge credential for the person that needs a printed badge. See Issue a credential to a person.

  2. Select that person to open their details screen.

  3. Under Credentials, select the badge, and then choose Print Credential from the action menu.

  4. On the Print Badge screen:

    1. Choose or search for a Template. This generates a preview for that template.

    2. For two-sided badges, select Flip to preview each side.

    3. Choose or search for a Destination from the dispatch printers configured for badge printing.

    4. Select Print.
