When a credential is issued to a person, it is shown in the person details in an "Active" state. All other states are shown as "Inactive".
For remotely managed people: Only active credentials are included in Elements. Changing the status of these credentials can only be managed in OnGuard and cannot be edited in Elements. See Elements OnGuard Connector for more details.
- Select the person to open their details screen.
- On the credential you want to change, choose a different status (Active, Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Terminated).
- A credential with an Expired status may need to have its date and time updated to return its status to Active.
- If Other is chosen, enter the reason for this change,
- Select Done.
- If there are more credentials to be changed, follow the same process for each credential.
- Select Save.
