If a person has a single badge or mobile credential, and was issued a PIN, that credential cannot be removed. First delete the PIN, and then the credential can be removed.
The ability to remove credentials is controlled by themanage credentials permission. SeeRolesfor more information.
Select the person to open their details screen.
Under Credentials, either select next to the credential.
Select the reason for removing the credential - No Reason, Lost, Stolen, Damaged, Terminated,or Other.
When selecting Other, type in the reason for removing the credential.
Select Delete.
If there are more credentials to be removed, follow the same process for each credential. To ensure the person no longer has access to the facility, remove all credentials.
Select Save.
Close the person details screen.
Both active and inactive credentials are shown on the person details screen.
