If a recorder is offline for a while and has pending configuration changes, a synchronization will be required. The configuration changes will not take effect until the recorder is synchronized.

  1. Open the recorder details screen. Alternatively, select the synchronization warning for the recorder from the warnings on the dashboard.
  2. Select actions menu and then choose Synchronize.
  3. Select Synchronize to confirm or Cancel to abandon the operation. During synchronization, the cameras associated with the recorder will be reloaded.
