After a guest pass has been shared, the guest receives information about their visit. The information includes a guest pass link and its valid time period.
Use of the guest pass requires internet connectivity.
- Follow the link by selecting Use Guest Pass. A browser window opens.
- On the web page, select the reader to be unlocked.
- When the reader is unlocked, the guest may enter through the door.
Readers that are in locked reader mode will remain locked and will not allow entry with a guest pass. This does not count against guest pass usage.
