Reader details provide information about a reader's online or offline status, current reader mode, and any notifications or recent events for the reader. Notifications are important reader alerts that require immediate attention such as Door Forced Open.
You can change the reader mode (override the current mode) or temporarily open a door from this screen.
- From the device tree, select
on the reader, and then choose View Details to open the reader details screen. - If there are any reader notifications, these will be displayed in the Statuses list.
- To see more details about a reader event, select the event from the Recent Reader Events list.
