All access controllers will be synchronized (reloaded) if there is a change to the Allow credential expiration dates option for this change to take effect. 

Expired (inactive) credentials are retained during controller reloads to be consistent with event handling.

Expired credentials and expiration dates in OnGuard are not imported.
