After logging in, the dashboard appears.
Overview
The dashboard displays charts with the numbers and statuses of events, people, and devices existing in the system. The general system status and the event feed are also displayed.
Sites
If sites are configured for the system, the site list shows the site names, reader counts, camera counts, and issue counts. Sites are sorted alphabetically and can be filtered by site or searched.
Select a site to filter the view of warnings, events, readers, locks, and cameras. To filter by multiple sites, select the site menu at the top of the screen and then select the sites to be shown. Note that the site filter does not apply to controller rules, cloud actions, and lockdowns — they are shown on the dashboard regardless of the filter selected.
Readers
Readers are displayed on the dashboard. The reader list is sorted alphabetically and can be filtered by site or searched. Select the unlock icon next to a reader to perform a temporary unlock.
Events
Events are displayed on the dashboard. They may be filtered or exported to a report.
All Events
This chart displays events for the past 24 hours, grouped by the event type.
Daily Unique Access
This chart displays the count of unique person access per day for the past 7 days. The count for the current day is indicated in yellow. This data may be delayed up to 30 seconds.
Device Activity
This chart displays the top 9 devices with the most events occurring for the past 24 hours. Devices beyond the top 9 are categorized as "Other."
Warnings
A list of the current top warnings and statuses is included with the number of warnings active in the system. Select a warning to view more details.
Warnings are ranked by priority, with the warning requiring the most immediate attention at the top of the list:
1 - Gateway synchronization required
2 - Logging enabled
3 - Offline devices
4 - Firmware updates (for gateways and access controllers)
5 - Device statuses (like Door Forced Open, Cabinet Tamper, etc.)
Once a warning is addressed, or the status of a device is resolved, it is removed and the next item moves up into the list.
Video
This toggle is present if video is configured and being used in the system. Users can customize their dashboard to include live video streams.
