After logging in, the dashboard appears. The dashboard displays charts with the numbers and statuses of events, people, and devices existing in the system. The general system status and the event feed are also displayed.
- All Events (past 24 hours) - This chart displays events, grouped by the event type.
- Daily Unique Access (last 7 days) - This chart displays the count of unique person access per day. The count for the current day is indicated in yellow. This data may be delayed up to 30 seconds.
- Device Activity (past 24 hours) - This chart displays the top 9 devices with the most events occurring. Devices beyond the top 9 are categorized as "Other."
If sites are configured for the system, the dashboard view of warnings and events may be filtered by the selected sites. However, the site filter does not apply to readers, controller rules, cloud actions, lockdowns, and cameras — they are shown on the dashboard regardless of the filter selected.
A list of the current top warnings and statuses is included with the number of warnings active in the system. Select a warning to view more details.
Warnings are ranked by priority, with the warning requiring the most immediate attention at the top of the list:
1 - Gateway synchronization required
2 - Logging enabled
3 - Offline devices
4 - Firmware updates (for gateways and access controllers)
5 - Device statuses (like Door Forced Open, Cabinet Tamper, etc.)
Once a warning is addressed, or the status of a device is resolved, it is removed and the next item moves up into the list.
