Users can customize readers and actions in lists that can be quickly accessed on their dashboard.
Readers
Readers that are often temporarily unlocked may be selected to appear in the readers list. This allows users to easily open a door from the dashboard.
Configure the Readers List
- Select the Unlock Readers drop-down list, then Configure List (or Select Readers if the list is not configured yet) to choose readers that will appear on the list.
- Select the readers that are to appear on the list and then select Done. Select
next to the readers to be removed. - Up to 10 readers may be selected for the list.
- The readers may be moved up or down to customize the order of their appearance.
- Select Done to save the list. If you exit this screen after the selections are made without saving, you will be prompted to save or discard your changes.
To temporarily unlock a door, select a reader from the Unlock Readers list.

Actions
Actions can be configured to be easily accessible from the actions list on the dashboard. These actions can be chosen from controller rules or automations that have been configured in the system.
Configure the Actions List
- Select the Execute Actions drop-down list, then Configure List (or Select Actions if the list is not configured yet) to choose actions that will appear on the list.
- Select actions that are to appear on the list. Actions can be chosen from Controller Rules or Automations. Then select Done. Select next to the actions to be removed.
- Up to 10 actions may be selected for the list.
- The actions may be moved up or down to customize the order of their appearance.
- Select Done to save the list. If you exit this screen after the selections are made without saving, you will be prompted to save or discard your changes.
To execute an action, select an action from the Execute Actions list.
