After a PIN is removed from a person, the person's PIN will no longer work.

PINs can only be removed by people with permission to manage credentials. (See Roles.)

  1. Select the person to open their details screen.
  2. Under PIN, select remove button next to the PIN to be removed.
  3. Select Delete to confirm deletion of the PIN, or Cancel to keep the PIN.
  4. Select Save to save the change. If you exit this screen after the changes are made without saving, you will be prompted to save or discard your changes.
  5. Close the person details screen.
