After a PIN is removed from a person, the person's PIN will no longer work.
PINs can only be removed by people with permission to manage credentials. (See Roles.)
- Select the person to open their details screen.
- Under PIN, select next to the PIN to be removed.
- Select Delete to confirm deletion of the PIN, or Cancel to keep the PIN.
- Select Save to save the change. If you exit this screen after the changes are made without saving, you will be prompted to save or discard your changes.
- Close the person details screen.
