If the PIN email was not received or the PIN was reset, it can be sent again.
PINs can only be reset by people with permission to manage credentials. (SeeRoles.)
Select the person to open their details screen.
Under PIN on the person details screen, select to resend the PIN email.
If the person already has an email address, it can be used to send the PIN. Otherwise, enter an email address. To save the new email address, select Save this email for this person's record.
Select Confirm, and then Save any changes to the person's details.
