The Access option controls whether members of the integrator organization can sign in and view the security system. Because integrators are usually responsible for setting up the hardware and configuring the system, the Allow integrator access option is enabled by default.

To maintain privacy or protect data, a system administrator may change this setting and revoke access to the system. Select the toggle Allow integrator access to switch it off and revoke access for integrators. For users who are currently signed in, this change may take up to an hour to be applied.

To revoke system access, there must be at least one user assigned to the administrator role for the system. For more information, refer to Roles.
