To continue configuring the system, add a reader interface to the access controller.
- From the sidebar, select Devices.
- Select
on the access controller to which the reader interface will be added. - Select Add a Reader Interface to open the New Interface screen.
- Enter a Name for the reader interface.
- Choose the Device Type such as the LNL-1320 dual reader interface.
- Choose the Port on the access controller where the reader interface is connected.
- Choose the Address that was set on the reader board during installation.
- Select Save to save the configuration. If you exit this screen after entering the information without saving, you will be prompted to save or discard your changes.
After the reader interface is added, the device tree will show the readers that need to be configured for it.
Adding a reader interface after one was deleted may cause the new reader interface not to come online. To resolve this, synchronize the access controller.
