When badge printing is enabled, administrators and operators can print badges for any person in the system.  (See Roles.)

Print Management

Select the Print Management Tool to open the idProducer badge designer when you need to manage badge templates and the printer queues. For more information, refer to the idProducer Template Designer User Guide.

Only administrators can use the print management tool.
