Events that appear on this page can be exported to a report. 

  1. On the Events page, select Export.
  2. On the Event Export screen,
    1. If the exported report is already available, it can be downloaded.
    2. To export a new report,
      1. Enter a range for the events (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last month, Last 30 days, Last 60 days, or Last 90 days, All Time, or a custom date range) to be included in the report.
      2. Select Apply current filters (if any) to export events using currently active filters instead of entering the date range.
      3. Select Generate Report.
        During generation, the report is listed as "Pending." When the report has been generated and is ready for download, it is listed as "Available."
  3. When the report is ready, select download icon for that report to download it as a .PDF or Excel (.XLSX) file.

The local time is displayed in the report if Include local device time in events and reports is enabled.

Reports are retained for the standard retention period of 90 days.

Generated reports are intended for offline archives. The reports are not backed up in the system so disaster recovery retention policies do not apply to them. To retain a record of the reports, save them locally.
