Input Interface

The Input Interface (LNL-1100) communicates upstream with the access controller. It supports a number of inputs and output relays for connecting and driving additional devices on site.

Use this interface to:

• Control and respond to external device commands
• Integrate lighting, heating and cooling, and door controls
• Initiate actions by operator, schedules, or events based on event-driven rules configured and managed within the system 

The Input Interface contains 16 software configurable alarm inputs that can be used for alarm device monitoring. Each of these inputs can be configured as either N/O (normally open) or N/C (normally closed) in combination with either supervised or non-supervised wiring.

The two (2) output relays are available for controlling door strike and other devices as well as fail-safe or fail-secure. The relays support “On,” “Off,” and “Pulse” controls.

Output Interface

The Output Interface (LNL-1200) also communicates upstream with the access controller.

Dedicated tamper and power failure input contacts are included with every output interface. The output interface has 16 programmable output relays that can be configured for fail-safe or fail-secure as well as “On,” “Off,” and “Pulse” software commands.
