Use the Refresh option to obtain the current status of the access controller. Selecting Refresh updates the communication status, device alerts, and firmware version update alerts.

  1. View the access controller details.
  2. Select actions menu and then choose Refresh.
  3. During the refreshing process, the system checks the status of the access controller and displays the results on the access controller details screen. For more information, refer to device status.
