When the current door mode is set, the reader then operates in the new mode, and remains in that mode unless the reader is configured to Unlock on Schedule. If the reader is configured to unlock on a schedule, the door mode will return to the set mode based on the unlock schedule.
- View the reader details.
- From the access blade reader details screen, select Set Door Mode, and then choose the Door mode. Initially, the Door mode drop-down reflects the current door mode.
- Select Apply to save the door mode setting.
When the reader mode has been changed, the reader status will indicate "Reader mode changed" in the device tree, reader details screen, and dashboard.
